Das Künstlerhaus Vorwerkstift vergibt ab Juni 2010 jeweils für drei Monate Gästewohnungen an KünstlerInnen aller Sparten. Die Wohnungen sind möbliert mit Kochmöglichkeit (ca 20qm). WC und Dusche befinden sich auf dem Flur. Zusätzlich zu den Appartements gibt es Arbeitsmöglichkeiten auf dem Dachboden (Atelierplatz) oder im Keller (Musikraum & Holzwerkstatt). Das Haus verfügt über kostenlosen Internetanschluss.

Es gibt eine Galerie, die für Veranstaltungen genutzt werden kann. Ausserdem freut sich die Hausgemeinschaft über eine Präsentation jeglicher Art am Ende des Aufenthaltes im Künstlerhaus.

Kosten pro Monat: 187,80 Euro (inkl.NK)

Plus: 100 Euro Kaution und Schlüsselpfand

The artist house “Vorwerkstift” in Hamburg has three guest flats (each for three months) to lease from June 2010 on for artists of every kind. The flats all are with furniture and a small kitchen with untensils and the showers/toilet are in the hallway. We are equipped with studios, rehearsal space for music and workspace to work with wooden objects. There is a wireless lan in house and you can use it for free. There is a washmachine and a dryer in the basement, which are to your disposal.

The idea of the guest apartments is to provide a reasonably priced place to stay for a period of three months, so that artists outside of Hamburg could do an exhibition, project or a performance, whilst staying here. It would be nice, if the guest would like to present his / her work at the end in our gallery.

We would also need a deposit of 100€, which covers the keys too. You should pay that as you move in. Should you leave the house earlier than plant, we’ll have to the keep the deposit to cover the rent.  You’ll get a full refund of the 100€ when you move out again.

The rent is 187,80€ monthly

Début Juin 2010 la résidence d’artistes “Vorwerkstift” propose à la location trois appartements pour trois mois à des artistes de tous secteurs.

Les appartements (env. 20 m2) sont meublés avec cuisine. Les WC et douches sont en commun.

De plus il y a un atelier commun, une salle de répétition et un grand jardin. On peut utiliser la galerie pour des expositions et manifestations.

Une présentation des travaux artistiques en fin du séjour est souhaitée.

Coûts par mois: €187,80 incl. charges et internet (réseau sans fil)

plus €100 de caution pour les clés

La casa de artistas „Vorwerkstift“, ubicada en Hamburgo, otorga a partir de junio de 2010, apartamentos de huéspedes a artistas de todas las ramas por una estadía de 3 meses. Los apartamentos (aprox. 20 m²) se encuentran amoblados y disponen de una pequeña cocina. Los baños y duchas se ubican en el corredor.

La casa se encuentra equipada con estudios, sala de música y taller para trabajar con madera, así como con conexión a internet gratuita. La lavadora y secadora, se hallan en el sótano y están a disposición de los huéspedes.

El propósito de los apartamentos es brindar a artistas de otros lugares alojamiento a un precio razonable por el período de tres meses para que durante su estadía en la casa puedan llevar a cabo exposiciones, proyectos y actuaciones. Se verá con agrado que los huéspedes que quieran presentar su trabajo al final de la estadía lo hagan en la galería disponible a tal efecto.

La casa pide un depósito de 100€ de garantía, que se debe pagar a la llegada y que cubre también los gastos de las llaves. El depósito será reintegrado al final de la estadía y si se deja la casa antes de lo pactado será retenido para cubrir los gastos de la renta.

El alquiler es de 187,80€ mensuales.

Las solicitudes de estadía no revisten formalidad, sino que basta con una idea general del trabajo a llevar a cabo.
